Try to tour in the morning than afternoon. It was fascinating to see a building currently used by Royalty and Heads of State, and see the love and pride of this complex.

Very nice palace. Worth a visit. Would recommend checking out when in Edinburgh. Can combine with a climb up Arthur’s Seat.

There is a lot of walking. We both enjoyed walking through history. With so many original artifacts, and portraits of those who molded the United Kingdom it almost felt spiritual. I would definitely do it again.

Some narrow, winding, steep steps to climb during this tour. Need to have at least 2 hours to fully enjoy inside and outside.
