This is actually like a bus on the water. It gets you close to all the major attractions. There are many ways to get to the attractions but it was nice traveling on the river, especially since there is so much traffic in Paris! Make sure to give yourself extra time, since some of the spots where you board the boat are very crowded and you may not get on the boat and will need to wait for the next one. However, I still felt it was a great way to get around.

The commentary was good. Staff were helpful, friendly, professional. But, the boat was hot, crowded and the windows were dirty. To hot to sit out side and hot on the inside. With dirty windows, it wasn't that great of an experience.

Check the side of the Seine your preferred stop is on. Vending machine is on boat but is a bit pricey.

Great way to travel on Seine but on 2nd day of two day pass the tickets wouldn’t load on the Viator app, most frustrating
awful experience. Boat is fine its Viator is the issue. Buy your tickets locally.

When your ticket automatically disappears from your site there is no chance of seeking Viator support. We had a 48 hr ticket and on 2nd day the tickets had completely disappeared from my app resulting in being stopped getting on the boat very embarrassing . Viator have no help system in place. I intend to now cancel all future bookings.
