  We were eventually able to get into Versailles with our vouchers, but we had to call Booking.com from Versailles because the tickets that go with the vouchers were nowhere to be found in my email. Booking.com made good and resent the tickets, but we were sweating it in the line at Versailles.

  It was a great experience at Château de Versailles for the first time! With the passport tickets, it’s amazing! The only concern I have is that there is NO CONTACT or RESPONSE when I sent an email about the tickets. It’s a great service, but they leave you hanging otherwise. But I would recommend them otherwise!

  One ticket worked and the other did not! It said we went through 10 minutes before we did. So needless to say, we didn't go. Apparently, the same ticket was issued to someone else! What a waste of money! I want a refund.

  A wonderful experience, one has to do and see in one's lifetime. To enjoy and be part of this magnificent history is difficult to describe. Absoluut a must to visit and be part of one's bucket list.

  Bought the tickets way in advance. Got confirmation voucher which says ‘not the official entry tickets and needs to present at a redemption point .’. Contacted Viator and the provider numerous times to find out where and when to redeem but no one could give me a clear answer. The responses are either ‘you are confirmed’’ or ‘You will be contacted soon’ .. i finally got the tickets the day before the visit. Could have saved me a lot of time and frustration if a clear redemption instruction is provided !

  Terrible EXPERIENCE with TripAdvisor ... here I will NEVER book anything again ... Booked, paid and then you stand there in Versailles and you can't get in ... WITHOUT WORDS

  The palace is too beautiful. Must go place if you are visiting paris. Glad that we purchased passport ticket so that we enjoyed the whole estate.

  As always with Viator price surcharges without reason differently from Booking. At least not an armed robbery like the one of the eiffel tour already reviewed and where after sending all the documentation to I do not know how many employees still asked me today... science fiction

  It was an offer and we availed the best price. The whole process of ticketing was so easy. We got a bit late, but we talked with the guard and he let us in.

  We booked tickets last minute for the palace and all. (Day before when sold out on official site). We chose a not guided tour as this is the way we like to travel. The process was easy. The whole experience was beautiful. Definitely recommend!
