1.00One ticket worked and the other did not! It said we went through 10 minutes before we did. So needless to say, we didn't go. Apparently, the same ticket was issued to someone else! What a waste of money! I want a refund.

3.00Bought the tickets way in advance. Got confirmation voucher which says ‘not the official entry tickets and needs to present at a redemption point .’. Contacted Viator and the provider numerous times to find out where and when to redeem but no one could give me a clear answer. The responses are either ‘you are confirmed’’ or ‘You will be contacted soon’ .. i finally got the tickets the day before the visit. Could have saved me a lot of time and frustration if a clear redemption instruction is provided !

5.00We booked tickets last minute for the palace and all. (Day before when sold out on official site). We chose a not guided tour as this is the way we like to travel. The process was easy. The whole experience was beautiful. Definitely recommend!
