  The itinerary IS NOT what you will actually be doing! First, they do not go in order of what your itinerary says and second the details of what you do at each stop are LIES! Second, The tour operator doesn’t use any type of microphone or megaphone so you can’t hear anything being said on the boat. Third, the time you have to do activities is not actual, nor do you do all that you pay for. We paid for scuba diving and it was supposed to come with snorkeling also but we never got to snorkel at all, they didn’t even say anything about us going to do it after scuba diving!! My main reason for booking was Monkey Beach, because I wanted to get off and see the monkeys as close as possible and the only times you supposedly can’t get off the boat is during high tide because it’s just a small bay so high tide causes it to disappear…well the tide was LOW and they still didn’t let us off the boat, they just pulled up close and said take pictures and videos. I know the tide was low because there were long tailed boats docked there and people in the water and on the sand from the long tailed boats there while we were there and I LITERALLY HAVE A VIDEO WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE BEACH SAND CLEAR AS DAY BECAUSE IT WAS DEFINITELY LOW TIDE SO WE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN OFF THE BOAT!!! To add injury to insult we didn’t stay 45 mins like the itinerary says, not even close, because why would they sit there floating in the water just to take pics from a distance for 45 mins, we were there for all of 11 minutes! I have photographic proof based on the time stamps on my videos and pics!! That pissed me all the way off! At that point the trip was a waste of money! Don’t promise me something to get my money when you have no plans to deliver what you promised! Say what you mean and MEAN WHAT YOU SAY!! Viking Cave…what’s that?!? We never even went there…to a point where I thought Viking cave was where the monkeys were. There was no way to tell because they never pointed out a drawing anywhere nor did we ever see one…this excursion was nothing but a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND MONEY PIT!! Friends in our group including myself didn’t even have time to eat lunch because when you pay for scuba diving they don’t even have enough dive equipment to accommodate everyone so while some are in the water others are just standing in the hot sun waiting their turn…and eating into your time for lunch; my group was one that had to wait on the sidelines and even still we didn’t scuba at the same time, myself and one other went down and afterwards my other two friends went down but by the time we finished scuba, went back to shower (rinse off) and change we had NO TIME to eat lunch, I had time to fix a small bowl of rice and potato curry but by the time I got to the table it was time to head back to the boat so I never tasted a thing and the other two in my group who did scuba after us never even got to look at lunch because they had to rush back to the boat. I will say they gave us water and sodas and snacks between the stops while on the boat but my group was starving because we didn’t get a meal and we’re out ALL DAY LONG! I want EVERY BIT OF MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS WASTE OF TIME but I know that won’t happen so all I can do is try and help others not make the same mistake by booking this excursion!

  Too much extra charges above our booking we payed 1600 extra that we were forced to pay at the station and we didn’t know what we are paying for
