You'll be welcomed into my kitchen to master the typical Polish skill - PIEROGI making. I will be pleased to introduce you to the most famous and delicious Polish dish. First, we'll walk through the oldest marketplace in town. It is a place to be, not only because of the great amount of fresh, local products but also because of its vibrant and unique atmosphere with some great hidden gems! After we buy what we need (and also what we can't help but try) we'll have a short walk to my apartment. There you'll be treated to some local snacks and drinks and we’ll start cooking. You will know the whole process of preparing pierogi, from dough making, preparing the filling and creating special shapes of the dough, and finally eating! We will prepare pierogi with the most traditional filling - fresh cottage cheese, potatoes, and caramelized onions. During the experience, I will share my knowledge of Kraków, Poland, and our culinary traditions. I'll give you my recommendations of where to go and what to try while visiting Kraków to feel like a true local. The main goal of the experience? Food hedonism! Notice! On Sundays, the experience takes place without a visit to the food market.

Such a wonderful experience. It was so lovely to meet new people (especially if you’re travelling solo), learn more about Poland and the local cuisine. Olga is so warm, welcoming and a great teacher. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Krakow!

Olga is grade A. This was a fantastic experience. We love to do cooking classes when we travel because it gives you a unique perspective on the culture. Every countries dish is steeped in history. I don’t always go home and actually attempt to make what I’ve learned but I think this time I will. Hopefully I can find the right quality cheese because I agree with Olga, it really is important!

The Pierogi cooking class was wonderful. We gave it to our daughter for her birthday (10 years) and Olga explained everything great - even with our school English we could follow her well and understood everything. We did not meet far from the Old Market and got a great insight into market life. Olga was very helpful and explained everything down to the last detail. At her home (very well maintained apartment) we then conjured up super delicious Pierogi in her kitchen. Thank you very much for the insight into Polish cuisine. Gladly again at any time:-)

I had such a fantastic time learning to make pierogies with Olga in her home. What an amazing experience to learn how to make a traditional Polish dish using her family recipe. And I was fortunate enough to be in the cooking class with several other fun people. Great time and would definitely recommend.

This was such a fun class and Olga was awesome! We visited the local market before going to Olgas apartment to make pierogies. Olga was a great teacher and showed us the entire process. The pierogies were delicious and I can’t wait to try at home.

My experience with Olga in Kraków was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she made everyone feel completely at ease with her warmth and genuine kindness. The session started with a trip to a local market, which was such a special touch. Olga selected fresh food for our session while sharing little insights about Polish food and traditions—it felt authentic and immersive rather than staged. Back at her home, she welcomed us in as if we were old friends, providing polish snacks before we got started. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and her teaching style was wonderfully patient and encouraging. She walked us through each step of making pierogi, sharing not just techniques but also the history behind them, including stories of her grandmother’s recipe. It felt like we were being trusted with something truly personal and meaningful. What really stood out was how much Olga cared about our experience. Even after the session had ended, she went above and beyond—when I accidentally left my bag behind in the rush to catch a flight, she quickly organised an Uber to ensure it was returned to me. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity is rare and deeply appreciated. This was far more than a cooking class—it was a genuine cultural experience, filled with warmth, storytelling, and kindness. If you’re in Kraków, spending time with Olga is an absolute must.

Great experience. Olga takes us through a local farmers market. We got to try wonderful cheeses. She welcomed us into her home and hosted a wonderful cooking class. She taught us her grandmothers pierogi recipe which by far tasted better than anything I tried at the restaurants.
