Driver was on time and found us with no issues. Ride was comfortable and safe. There were 6 adults with lots of luggage and 2 with physical handicaps. Driver was very helpful and courteous.

The driver did not show up for the scheduled time. We waited a half hour and ended up taking a taxi to the airport so we could make our flight. We were very upset!!

Both transfers to the port and from the port were trouble free and efficiently done. The drivers were friendly and helpful with first class knowledge of the local road conditions. I will always use Viator.

Pick-up meeting point at the terminal was not clearly defined, and we didn't find our driver in the logical place where other drivers held signs for their clients. We never found our driver, thus needing to take a taxi to the airport. Viator and the operating company have refused a refund. Don't use this service!

Excellent service. We had messaged the pickup company with our ferry name and were met by Margaret, our driver, directly from our ferry docking gate at Piraeus. Despite busy traffic it was a very comfortable journey and would recommend this as an option to transfer between ferry port and airport.
