We were a group of 10 going from Athens port to airport. The trip was uneventful. The driver arrived early, helped carry luggage to minivan and drive us to airport. Helped unload the luggage. The trip was easy and the driver was helpful. All good and easy which is what we needed.

Our pick up at Piraeus port after a cruise was perfect. Our driver was 15 min early and very friendly. It was a hotel transfer, but he went above and beyond and gave us info about the city and landmarks as we drove by them.

Horrible. Rude, never spoke to us. Never said hello. Was upset we choose a Airbnb so far out by the airport. Complained our choice made him late for his next pickup. We can't control what other pickups he had. Then once at the residence he ordered. Y son to grab bags since he was late.
Would use Viator again.

Best way to avoid the chaos at the port. Driver shows up, grabs your luggage and gets you out quickly. Great instructions on where to meet and easy to find. People were waiting in huge lines for taxi services or city buses, we waited 15 minutes from time we exited the terminal. Save yourself some stress and do a hassle free private transport.
