It was an awesome experience. Our personal guide Kya was excellent. She was knowledgeable, personable, and just a very nice person. She made sure we experienced as much as possible. The only issue is that you don't have enough time to experience everything! Our ticket did cover us if we wanted to come back and experience the center on our own, but unfortunately, we were leaving on a cruise the next day. So, my advice is to book the guided tour, but allow at least TWO days to fully experience the Center.

This private tour at the Polynesian Cultural Center was hands-down one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences we’ve had in Hawaiʻi—and that’s entirely thanks to Haydee and Beny. Haydee, our private tour guide, was phenomenal. Her depth of knowledge, warmth, and genuine passion for Polynesian culture brought every village to life. She didn’t just explain history—she told stories, shared personal insights, and made us feel truly connected to the cultures, traditions, and people of Polynesia. The private tour format was absolutely worth it, allowing us to move at a perfect pace, ask questions freely, and really absorb the experience rather than rush through it. Then there was Beny, our dinner guide—what a gem. She made the dining experience seamless, welcoming, and fun. Beny’s attentiveness, humor, and kindness elevated the meal from “great dinner” to a truly special part of the evening. She made us feel like honored guests rather than tourists, and his care and professionalism did not go unnoticed. From start to finish, this experience felt personal, enriching, and incredibly well curated. If you’re considering the Polynesian Cultural Center, do yourself a favor and book the private tour—and if you can request guides, Haydee and Beny are absolute standouts. They turned a visit into a lifelong memory. Mahalo nui loa to both of them for an exceptional experience—we’ll be talking about this for years to come. 🌺

Despite the rain, we had a great time. The staff stayed friendly and helpful even with the downpours. Learned so much. Hope to go again some day.

We arrived and we're so pleasantly greeted by Benny. Benny took time to get to know us and customized our tour to our preferences. Benny was very knowledgeable of every village and taught us alot about history, culture and fun facts along the way. Benny's hospitality made our first visit to the PCC a one to remember. We absolutely loved Benny and all of the others we met from village to village. The Luau was very delicious and the show was breathtaking. An absolutely perfect experience.

We had such a lovely time! Worth the money to sit in prime location for all shows with the super ambassador package. Our tour guide, Sooay, was simply amazing!! She made sure we saw the top highlights and she gave us so much history along with the exhibits. We are already planning to come back next year and will ask for Sooay again. She’s truly an amazing young lady and made our visit extra special. I wished we would have planned better to take advantage of the 3 day re-admission policy. The Ha: Breath of Life show was amazing and so well done. We can’t wait to go back!!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Polynesian Culture Center! Our guide, Neil, was FANTASTIC. He kept my children (ages 7 and 9) completely engaged and entertained while making sure they were learning along the way. The adults loved the experience just as much! It was the highlight of our Hawaii getaway. Neil’s energy, knowledge, and sense of fun made the day unforgettable. My daughter even wore the headband he weaved for her the entire 12-hour flight home—it was that special. I truly can’t recommend PCC enough!

This was an excellent experience! We had Echo as our tour guide and he did a wonderful job at showcasing all the different Polynesian villages! It was overcast and almost looked like it might rain but Echo provided us with rain ponchos. The meal we were served at the luau was excellent and we had a wonderful server and the dinner show was excellent as well! It was well worth the money we paid, especially since the entire experience helps the students at BYU Hawaii to help fund their educations! I highly recommend this experience! A wonderful way to spend the entire day!
