The tour of Capri is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative tour or full refund
A current valid passport is required on the day of travel for teenagers and children in order to get the free entrance in Pompeii.
During the low season from November to to March the live guide inside Pompeii will be replaced by an official interactive audioguide for groups of less than six.

What To Expect
Pompeii Archaeological Park
Exploration of Pompeii: In Pompeii, participants will embark on a journey into the past, exploring the well-preserved remains of the ancient Roman city. Highlights include the thermal baths, the frescoes of the Lupanare (brothel), the Macellum (marketplace), the Basilica, and other fascinating attractions.
Via Krupp
Along the way, participants will encounter Via Krupp, a winding street named after the famous industrialist. The street leads to the renowned "Faraglioni," providing spectacular views of these iconic rock formations.

4.00This excursion allowed our family of 5 to easily visit capri, the only reason why we would rate this trip a four star is because from our understanding we would visit Pompeii in the morning and capri in the afternoon. However when we arrived we were informed we were going to capri first and due to our cruise schedule would not have time to do Pompeii. Alessandra our tour operator was very helpful in getting in contact with her boss/others to figure out different ways that we could get to Pompeii. This ultimately did not workout and the tour company allowed us to end our tour in capri and refunded us 50% of our original payment. Alessandra went out of her way to help us figure out how to get back to Naples and secure other transportation to Pompeii. Without her we would not have been able to see Pompeii. Our day ended in success and we give all thanks to Alessandra for that.

3.00The Pompeii part of this excursion was canceled at 3pm the day before because of the time our cruise ship left port. Viator knew the times when we originally booked this tour 3-4 months ahead of time. Very disappointed in that part. However, the tour guide, Guisi, was fabulous and kept us on track.
Perfect tour! Highly recommend If you are looking for a great day!!
