The guide was endless with his vast depth of knowledge, he covered all aspects of our tour extremely well. When there were question asked, his answers were in-depth, easily understood, often including other related aspects like, construction technic, engineering, process, topography, materials, people, religion, beliefs, food, drink and many other areas. A very long day that seemed to pass quickly due to our guides enthusiasm and want to share his vast understanding of history.

Great trip and guides! We spent time at Herculeum and Pompeii. Our guide shared a great amount of info and was very good at keeping us organized. It was a worthwhile day!

Somewhat strenuous but very worth the effort. Michele Lamberti was our guide and made 2000 year old Herculaneum and Pompeii come alive in my mind. I walked the ancient streets and shopped the stores and restaurants and watched the productions at the theater. Michele described the differences between the deaths of the two cities and managed to evoke empathy for the citizen who died there. A tour well worth taking if you enjoy delving in to history.

The tour was very educational with good pacing. Really enjoyed seeing both sites! The guide knew the area and history extremely well and gave us a vivid picture of life when both sites were active.

Super friendly and knowledgeable guide (unfortunately I did not get his name). He take care of the group all the time to explain all the important details about the two historical sites. Now we have funny incredible memories about Pompei and Erculaneo.
