We had a great day learning about Vesuvius and the Pompeii ruins. Our tour leader Davide and the driver Pascuale made our journey pleasant and our archaeologist guide at Pompeii gave us a great tour giving us many interesting details about the daily lives of the people who lived in the city as well as what happened on the unfortunate day of the volcanic eruption.

Wonderful tour ! You get 1.5 hours in Mount Vesuvius and you need every minute of it to hike to the top , must be in excellent shape the hills are steep . Our archaeological guide Nicoletta was amazing ! Her intelligence and knowledge was amazing but she made the tour fun ! Highly recommend her as a guide !
Poor organizational and presentational skills of the tour guide has spoiled the ones of a lifetime experience.

Except for the natural beauty of Vesuvius and archeological heritage of Pompeii, which was brought alive to us by the local guide, the rest was mediocre at best.

The tour offers what it promises. Organized transport, very experienced guide at Pompej. The guided tour could be a bit longer, because Pompej is huge. If you want to travel to Vesuv and Pompej stressfree i can recommend the tour.

Really well organised tour, from easy to find meeting place, transfers to Vesuvius and Pompeii and giving plenty of time at each area. Davide our tour organiser was fantastic, keeping us updated and on time. You get codes for an app for a self guided tour if Vesuvius, then a very knowledgeable tour guide for Pompeii. Would definitely recommend, bring plenty of water!

Unfortunately I didn't realize that the tour is only in English, but the organizers team tried in every way to find a solution that could make the experience enjoyable for me. Gentilissme the girls on the phone and super nice Luigi the driver who accompanied us on the trip. Luigi was kind, helpful and prodigal with advice. Askos is a company you can rely on for your tours.

Our guide Mario made a party of it on Mount Vesuvius even though it was very cloudy! Enjoyed fine guide. Pompei was very impressive and again we had a nice guide!

Great way to experience Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius! Our driver, Luigi, made the ride smooth, the transport was comfortable and great A/C. Perfect out of time for all activities and we'll organized. Would absolutely choose to do this again.

the tour started late, at 10am instead of 9:30. The guide dropped us off at Pompei and asked us to meet him back at the entrance at 1:55 pm to continue the tour to the other stops like the Pompei , Pompei forum and Vesuvius. We were waiting in the sun (33 Celsius ) for the guide from 13:40 until after 2 pm and the guide never showed up so I called Askos Tours and they told me that they had changed our tour without telling us! He asked us to look for another guide at the Pompei entrance (other than the original guide who told us he would take us to Vesuvius himself). On the tour with the new guide we went to the Vesuvius but the air conditioning of the bus was not working properly! As we came down from Vesuvius, the 2nd guide asked us to get off the bus and they changed us for the 3rd time to another van (with a different driver) who took us back to Naples instead of continuing the tour to the other stops promised in the tour such as Foro di Pompei and Odeon teatro Piccolo ! And so the tour ended without going to all the stops specified on the tour's website. Total disorganization, terrible service, and they didn't meet the quality standards or even the schedule mentioned in the tour.
