What To Expect
Dubai
The Desert Safari is a must for those who wish to experience the 'Real Desert'. Professional safari drivers take us on a thrilling roller-coaster ride across the golden dunes. We stop by the highest sand dune for a photo-shoot of the spectacular sunset. We then proceed to the Bedouin campsite located in the heart of the desert. A warm Arabian welcome awaits us, accompanied by refreshing Arabic coffee ('Kawa') and dates. Soft drinks, tea and water are also available. A brief camel ride adds fun. While we relax on the carpet and cushions. A delicious BBQ is prepared under the star-lit sky. Later, an enchanting belly dancer appears, tearing apart the darkness of the night. She dances gracefully and rhythmically, keeping pace with the increasing tempo of authentic Arabian music. Excitement rents the air as the audience try to match her steps. Tanura Dance performances will liven up the evening. Delicious BBQ buffet dinner is served right on time

5.00Absolutely unforgettable experience in the red sand desert! I’m so thankful I found this adventure on Viator—hands down one of the best excursions I’ve ever booked. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and full of unforgettable moments. The day started with a punctual pickup right from the Marriott in downtown Dubai. Our driver arrived in a spotless and super comfortable Land Cruiser, and his communication was clear and friendly throughout the journey. We headed out toward the desert, where you had the option to upgrade to quad bikes and pick up some traditional desert attire—definitely worth it for the full experience! There was plenty of cold water available, and the scenery alone was worth the trip—endless dunes and stunning views. Then came the dune bashing… and wow. Our driver was absolutely incredible, gliding over the dunes like a surfboard riding waves. It was thrilling, smooth, and so much fun! We even got to sandboard down the dunes and snap some epic photos with a majestic falcon—talk about bucket list material. The evening was just as special. We arrived at a traditional-style desert camp where we were treated to a delicious dinner—juicy lamb kebabs and a variety of flavorful sides. The food was far better than I expected for a desert camp—authentic, fresh, and filling. And the entertainment? Next level. Between the fire-breathing performance and the mesmerizing belly dancer, the atmosphere was electric. It was the perfect end to an epic day. The whole experience was incredibly well-organized and worth every dirham. Whether you’re visiting Dubai for the first time or the tenth, this excursion is a must-do. Highly, highly recommend!

5.00We were very satisfied with our tour guide. We felt safe. It was fun. For an additional charge, we could ride a quad bike, a jeep safari in the desert, or sandboarding. The guide took photos with his smartphone and sent them to us; they were very nice. In the evening, we had a show with food. With so many people in the camp, the guide put us in the queue first so we didn't have to wait long. There was also a camel ride. The food in the camp was delicious, and the show was entertaining. I secretly recommend it. Thank you

5.00Abdul was a great guide into this experience. He explained each activity and worked for make a good one. He care about the group, was very kind. He’s a good photographer so made great photos for our memories . He also teaches us about day by day customs in Dubai.

He was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the entire journey, always making sure we were comfortable, safe, and fully immersed in the beauty of the safari.
