5.00Jabbar was my private driver. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, reliable. He drove me where never I wish. He explain to me the city, historic landmarks, buildings. I really enjoy this and having Jabbar as my driver!! Thank you Jabbar!!!!!

3.00We found the guide friendly but did not listen when we needed to change locations for sight seeing as we had elderly parents with us and it was hard to get them around. It stated in the ad that we can change our itinerary but it was not the case. Not sure why he had to get fuel on our way up. There was no commentary given about the area or key locations.

2.00Guide was 1.5 hours late, blamed it on traffic. Thought he was taking us on 5 hr tour but tour advertised as 8 hour tour. Once we pointed that out he was happy to change to 8 hours. Limited English, difficult to understand. Was mostly a driver from site to site, not a tour guide at all, said very little, but was very nice/pleasant/courteous. As for the itinerary, would skip heritage museum (very little to see there, low quality). We skipped Ferrari world and added on Qasr Al Watan (visit, as opposed to drive by photo op in itinerary), incredible world class site (trip advisor best of best designation) not to be missed. Would have been nice to go somewhere for lunch local instead of typical mall.

5.00Punctual pick-up, 12 hrs excursion with many sightseeings, it is explained a lot, our guide Ozman Jamil was always polite, reliable and courteous. It is important to Google the conditions for the mosque beforehand! Otherwise great excursion, we would book again and again.

5.00Thank you, Abbas, for being super accommodating to my family and our needs this day. Despite the heat, it was still an enjoyable experience. Abbas was very informative on the tour, we learnt a lot of new interesting facts. Abbas was able to customise the tour to our needs. The Grand Mosque was definitely one of our favourites! Thank you
