4.00Instructions I received said to wait at the concierge desk after checking out. We were sitting in the lobby by the doors waiting since it was raining. A car pulled up outside, but the driver did not get out and sat there for about 10 minutes. I finally said maybe that is our driver. After going out and checking, it was our driver. The driver could see us sitting there, but apparently, he was too lazy to get out of the car and check if we were his pick up.

2.00I needed to take four people to the airport, so I booked a car for 4. When the car arrived, there was space only for two big suitcases, so we had to call another taxi to take the other two people with their bags. I request a refund as I paid for transportation for four people, but the company has not to reply my messages.

4.00Transport was on time and driver was very nice..But i didn't receive any confirmation with regards to pick up time 48hours or 24 hours before my departure date..I had to call the transport company myself and they took awhile to get back to me.
