The driver was prompt for pick up from hotel, first stop perfume shop (oldest) straight in no queue, then lots of other Piazzas, stopping for some history from Charlie the driver and some from the Audio guide, 20 minutes spent at piazza de Michael Angelo, fantastic views, hard to get photos as quite crowded. The tour was very good had a good insight to Florence and was fun whizzing around in the golf cart!!! Only slight negative was mot dropped back to the hotel.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. His driving seemed a little wild and fast, I was ok with it but I thought my sister was going to pass out! However, we covered a lot of ground and really enjoyed the scenic viewpoint over Florence. The tour company was great at handling a last minute change of the pickup location.

We booked a private golf cart tour of Florence through Flower Travel Agency, expecting an enjoyable and informative experience based on the wonderful reviews. Unfortunately, our tour was extremely disappointing. Our guide spoke very limited English, and we could barely understand him — we didn’t even catch his name. Rather than explaining the history or providing meaningful commentary, he sped through the city like a race car driver, quickly pointing at landmarks as we passed. Twice, he played short recorded clips instead of giving any live explanation. At times, I honestly felt unsafe. The driver went so fast that I was afraid I might fall out of the cart. My husband and son both injured their knees from the constant jerking motion, and I developed nausea and vertigo, which completely ruined our evening. We had been looking forward to this tour for weeks, but it turned out to be frustrating and stressful instead of enjoyable. Perhaps we were simply unlucky and got an inexperienced guide, but for the premium price we paid for a private, English-speaking tour, this experience fell far below expectations. I sincerely hope the agency provides better training and quality control for their guides so that other travelers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Had a lovely guide who took me to the main sights and wasn't in a hurry, he gave me time to take pictures etc. Considering I had a train out later in the day this was the perfect tour to see the attractions in my limited time
