1.00The driver was 45 minutes late due to ongoing issues at AMS. Not their fault but they should have told me as it was 2 more hours to hotel. This is normally a 15 minutes trip. I would have cancelled and taken the train.

1.00Driver never showed up. No phone contact. When customer service finally responded by text, they were not helpful. Had to take an Uber. It was fine and 1/3 the price.

1.00Never happened limo driver never showed up. We had to walk 2 miles with luggage for an uber. We spoke to your representative and got no help. I wi not use Trip Advisor again
