1.00Our flight was delayed and we contacted them immediately to notify them of the change. Transferz neither replied or contacted us to confirm change. The driver called trying yo.pick ua up on the original flight. We called Viator to help us and they did call the local operator. Do not use them for transfer service! The company refused to pick us up or refund the cost of the minivan. Poor customer service or flexibility with flight delay. Do not use them for transfer service!
