Jennifer, our guide was lovely. She was timely meeting us in our hotel. lobby and helpful when discussing the tour. She hailed a taxi to go to Yu Garden. The buildings and gardens are beautiful and the history was incredible. We walked to the Dock for the river cruise. Jennifer took us to a couple of shops. The cruise was pleasant, to see the buildings and city from a different perspective, then we walked along The Bund. We then walked to the Metro to get a train to the Museum. It is huge and you need more time than was given. Finally we walked to another Metro to take a train back to our hotel location. Jennifer organized all the tickets required and she was knowledgeable with information. Thank you Jennifer.

James is great and passionate with the tour. The tour organizer on the other hand can work on better communication with the pick up location.
