Our private tour of the Neapolitan Archaeological Park in Syracuse was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The communication and information provided from the point of booking were clear and helpful, making everything easy and well organised. Enrica, our guide, was exceptional — her PhD-level knowledge showed throughout the tour. She used pictures and diagrams to help us visualise how the site once looked, bringing the ancient history vividly to life. Friendly, enthusiastic, and engaging throughout, Enrica willingly answered all our questions and made the entire morning a truly wonderful and memorable experience.

The Archeological Park is not to be missed. The Roman Theatre, the Arena, Dionysus Ear and the Hieron Altar are perfectly complimented by the wonderful Mitoraj sculptures. Enrica is both a knowledgeable archeologist and a wonderful tour guide. Thank you for an unforgettable day.

A step back in time of the Greeks, really interesting, carried out with a guide, with very exhaustive explanations, definitely to be done.

Thanks Enrica! His expertise, passion, friendliness and ability to take us into the history and archeology of Syracuse enriched our visit and made it truly complete. All this will allow us to carry with us, for a long time, the magic and spectacularity of this splendid city.

Choosing the excursions proposed by Enrica De Melio of Viaggio a Sud Est was a unique experience, a gentle immersion in Magna Graecia, in the enthusiasm and preparation of a tour guide who is also a passionate archaeologist.

Actually my wife and I matched the visit to Neapolis (morning) and Ortigia (afternoon). We liked the CV of Enrica, a busy "in the trenches" as an archaeologist. And in fact, having a precise and punctual guide and with considerable ability to synthesise (in addition to the enthusiasm of those who do research, therefore have strong motivations) completely changes your vision: those that, for a hasty observer, risk remaining as "heaps of stones" become what they really are: precious objects with 3000 years of history. A whole other level that, in a beautiful city like Syracuse, becomes unmissable.

We booked several experiences with Enrica thanks to the reviews read and we were not disappointed. We spent two very pleasant days in the company of a passionate and very prepared expert guide and archaeologist. Thanks to her we have enjoyed and loved all the places we have lived together. The beauties of Sicily are certainly known but alone it is not the same thing. I recommend visits to Noto, Syracuse, Vendicari Reserve and the villa of Tellaro.
