5.00Frank notified me that my travel agent had forgotten to cancel our transfer from Florence to Sorrento due to Coronavirus and if he didn’t cancel with TripAdvisor we might be charged I notified my agent who had transfer canceled Frank saved me a lot of possible aggravation I will definitely use him when we are allowed to travel to Italy
