You will be received by your driver or a representative at arrival who will take you directly to your hotel or destination. Avoid lines or paying extra money and use a nice vehicle with safe and comfort. 3.00Polittan delivered us to our hotel at a reasonable price but left us feeling quite uncomfortable. After we booked, they told us they would only wait one hour from the scheduled landing time. For a full long-haul flight into San Fransicso, that's "pushing it" to get through border control and luggage retrieval. I requested them to start the timing half an hour later, but they refused. Whilst waiting in a long queue for border entry, they sent a text reminding us that only 30 minutes remained, and I got a terse response when I again expressed concern that we might not be out in time. We would have expected to be met at the Arrivals exit, but were told to meet the driver outside on the street. Having just made it there with minutes to spare, and no sign of the driver, we were then told (by SMS) that he was on his way, and we had to wait almost half an hour standing outside on a cold November evening before he turned up. The driver blamed heavy traffic, but from our elevated position on the pick-up ramp, we could see free-moving traffic all around the area. It's not the level of service we have come to expect from a Private Transfer service.
