Harnan, our driver, picked us up at the airport on time. He was very friendly and helpful. He described the area and provided us with good recommendations for tours and restaurants on the private transfer to our hotel. He also had cold beverages ready for us which was wonderful because of the heat! I would highly recommend On the Road Costa Rica and Harnan!

The communication and attention to detail was wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to anyone. In addition to transportation, they also offer tours, excursions and can even help you find accommodations. We got to meet the owner, Anthony. He is a native Costa Rican and the best ambassador you could hope to find. He personally drove my husband and I to the airport for our return home. He taught us more about Costa Rica then we learned during our whole vacation. He truly loves his Country, and it shows. On the way back he went out of his way to show us beautiful coastlines, hidden gems and picture-perfect Costa Rican towns. We can't wait to return!
