  Very Unprofessional. We booked the vehicle 2 months in advance , our credit card was charged 48 hours in advance in full and the driver didn’t show up on the day of the trip , we tried few times to contact the company since 10 am and after an hour we just received an email saying our trip is canceled. Our entire day tour was messed up due to the cancellation , we didn’t find another private taxi due to new year day and had to cancel our entire day plan . My two cents , if don’t want to ruin your vacation don’t book this company at all .

  We had booked 2 full days of private vehicle during our stay In Dubai . The company Viator assigned to us was RAH Tourism. We were advised by viator to confirm the booking with them 24 hours prior to our scheduled trip. On calling them , the first day they declined that this was even a valid booking. They kept telling us that they are not the assigned tour company and have no details of this booking. The guy was extremely rude and clearly had all the details and after lot of frustrating conversations, accepted the booking . The driver Raja Imran was nice though. Unfortunately, we had already paid viator in advance for the second day as well , and were assigned the same tour company. The exact same thing happened, and the local hotel concierge got graciously involved to resolve the issue . Either of us couldn't get him to accept the reservation and was extremely rude, and kept hanging up the phone stating this was not their reservation(even though they had the details).They finally accepted the reservation and though the reservation clearly stated it was a day trip which included Abu Dhabi, stated he would charge additional to go to Abu Dhabi. We send them all the details of our booking via Whatsapp with highlighted info that it included Abu Dhabi, but they never responded. We were so stressed as we were not getting anywhere with them and we had tickets to Ferrari World , we called viator customer service, who spoke to Mr Ashmed of RAH TOURISM , who denied all these conversations and provided us the car with no charge. I would strongly recommend that if viator assigns you RAH TOURISM , ask for a different company, or confirm your reservation well in advance in writing so it doesn't ruin your plans and gives unnecessary stress.

  Iam requesting a full refund. The driver never came and was not in the airport to pick us up. We were stranded and our plans were ruined. We had to spend extra money that was unnecessary. I have uploaded the screenshots of the correspondence with the hired driver. He snubbed us and refused to communicate. Please someone contact me for a full refund
