Pu Luong Nature Reserve
Begin your afternoon with a 1:30–2:00 PM pick-up from your hotel in Pu Luong, starting a leisurely trek along scenic trails surrounded by stunning terraced rice paddies, rolling hills, and lush greenery. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to visit local homes and engage with residents about their daily lives and traditions. A highlight of the tour includes a stop at a tranquil spring where you can relax with a refreshing drink and take in the breathtaking landscape. As you continue, observe the daily activities of local farmers and witness the craftsmanship involved in constructing stilt houses. The trek concludes with a visit to a traditional village, where you can interact with the locals, sample regional food and drink, and learn about the rich cultural heritage of the ethnic minority groups in the area. Afterward, return to your hotel by 4:30–5:00 PM, where you can unwind by the pool and enjoy dinner at your leisure.

5.00We had an unforgettable half-day thanks to our guide, Nga Lila. She was simply exceptional: very sweet, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The tour was a mix of activities and discoveries. We started by visiting the fascinating water wheels and the silk village, then immersed ourselves in the authenticity of a traditional market. A special moment was watching the manual preparation of rice, where we also got to have fun with some traditional games. Lunch was a unique experience: we enjoyed delicious dishes aboard a traditional boat, navigating a peaceful river where you could even take a swim. To conclude beautifully, Lila guided us on a wonderful trek through the rice paddies, making us fully appreciate the beauty of the landscape. In such a short time, we saw and did so many things. Lila organized everything flawlessly, with contagious professionalism and enthusiasm. The tour is highly recommended!

5.00We did the half-day tour to Pu Luong. After the pick up at our homestay, we saw the silk village, the local market, took a walk through the rice fields, saw the water wheels, and ate on the bamboo boats. Our guide, Gna, was wonderful and explained all the local customs and activities. Thank you for the great experience

5.00Discover the valley, harvest and traditional rice preparation, have tea with local fish farmers and finally eat aboard a bamboo barge on the river. Nga is really very friendly, and will be able to answer all your questions (guide only English)
