1.00We were given an address and advised to arrive 15-20 before our start time of 8:30. We arrived before 8am to find the shop closed up. The little coffee shop next door told us they open between 8 and 9am. I then used the contact provider button to message the tour provider to let him know we were there. I got no response. I then sent him another message to let him know we were getting a coffee and some other people were also waiting. Still nothing back. When it got to 8:15am I called. Only then did someone come and we were handed a ticket with our time 8:30am on it. This man then took us to the entrance but his colleague called and said he would WhatsApp me our tickets for a 9am entrance. The man with us then took the original tickets back. I argued on the phone that we had booked for 8:30am and 9am entry was not acceptable. He then accused of not making contact so we had missed that time. Not true and I have proof of messages to confirm this. We were then directed to a queue. Bearing mind we also booked 'Reserved Entry no queue tickets' We had to queue for 30 minutes to get in at 9am. Then we come to the itinerary. Why give an itinerary when this is entry only. You do not get any audio guide, headphones or tour guide . I knew we would not get a tour guide for this but once you're in you really are on your own. The itinerary they provide is pointless and you certainly don't have to go back to their quite possibly still closed shop as the itinerary suggests. Just complete disappointment from every piece of contact with this provider.It is not worth the money. We could have booked this cheaper for 9am entry with him or another provider or booked direct and joined the queues for less stress.

5.00Smooth and great experience! Farhad was responsive and communicative! Contacted us to send us the tickets instead of us going to the meeting point. Very easy and convenient. Museums are amazing but give yourself time to walk and enjoy it all. There’s a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes.

5.00After an initial mishap we were back on track with the support and assistance of Farhad from third party company Royal. Travelers must be aware that you pick up your passes (with required barcode for entrance) at a different location than where you meet up to join tour.
