Driver very knowledgeable, Rosslyn Chapel was great, especially the history. A lot of my questions were answered. Definitely would recommend the tour while in Edinburgh.

This was a nice, quiet and contemplative day. No rushing around to the “hot spots” but a more relaxed atmosphere. The stops were beautiful and the time allotted was adequate. It was disappointing that the inside of Melrose was closed, but the ladies in the shop were wonderful in making sure you saw everything you could.

We had the pleasure of touring Rosslyn Chapel and Stirling Castle tour with Stefan as our guide, and it was an unforgettable experience. His knowledge of history was truly exceptional—he brought centuries of stories to life with clarity, passion, and fascinating detail. Stefan was also incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the tour, making sure everyone felt welcome and engaged. A wonderful bonus: Stefan speaks fluent German, which was a huge help for my son, who doesn’t speak English yet. Highly recommend Stefan to anyone. His expertise, warmth, and multilingual skills make him an outstanding guide.

The tour is about 7 hours long and involves a lot of driving. The driver will point out sites but you won’t be stopping to visit. The highlight is Rosslyn Chapel. I wish there was a shorter tour that featured only the chapel for a longer visit there. Our guide, Ally P., was entertaining, educational, and energetic.

The van was comfortable and I enjoyed our guide who was very attentive, informed and passionate about our destinations. I loved visiting Rosslyn Chapel and Scottish Borders, and appreciated lots of time out to walk and explore on our own.

We had a great driver/tour guide. Rosslyn Chapel was stunning. Great crew on the bus. My only negative is the tour was listed as 10.5hrs and that I assume is what I paid for. However, the whole day was only 6.5hrs.
