What To Expect
You will be received by your driver or a representative at arrival who will take you directly to your hotel or destination. At departure you will be waited in the lobby. Avoid lines or paying extra money and use a nice vehicle with safe and comfort. You will be transported by a professional that will take care of you until drop-off at airport/hotel/destination. • Round trip private transfer • At arrival your driver/representative will be holding up a sign with your name on it at meeting point described in the voucher • At departure your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 10/15 minutes in advance. • Confirmation will be received at time of booking • Free cancellation (24 hours in advance) • Not paying extra money. 1.00It has been very difficult to communicate with Viator regarding the times we needed to be picked up. Also the drivers who were picking us hope were not given correct information. I found making corrections on the website to be impossible and have to make repeated phone calls to clear up errors. The drivers themselves have been very helpful in getting us picked up on time. The problems have been within Viator.

1.00arrival taxi did not wait as we were delayed in customs so had to pay for taxi to hotel. couldn't get whats app signal in airport so didn't get any messages from company until we had got to pick up point.

4.00Worked really wee , only negative my booking said that the driver would be waiting with a card with our name at arrivals , but we had to go find the car at a pick up point. Read a few more reviews saying the same - false advertising.

5.00Our flight was delayed over an hour, but we communicated with Rafa who assured us our ride would meet us as planned. Upon our arrival, pick up directions were clearly communicated, and we met Yuri who safely delivered two weary travels to their hotel in a timely manner. Can’t say enough good things about Polittan car service. Booked return trip to airport as well!

5.00There is a real person to communicate with! They make all the arrangements and personally take care of you. Our flight was later (by 3 hours) but driver and car were there in no time. Same on return to airport- we had a 5 am flight and they arrived at hotel exactly when they said they would. Drivers are friendly and very safe!
