What To Expect

Here is some important information regarding the day just in case you cannot connect to the wifi, so we don't miss the pick up: The pickup will be at Terminal 2 of International arrivals. The driver will hold the sign with your name in front of the exit way. Just in case, you can not find the driver in there. Please text us by Free Wifi in the airport through (WhatsApp, Kakao, Viber, Imess, Line and Wechat: saigonphoenix) For Domestic arrivals, the driver will be in front of “Domestic Arrivals A2”, which is right at the exit. Anybody who tries to approach you holding a phone is not our team, as we will have a sign with your name on it. We hope to see you arrive safe and sound to the hotel. Looking forward to having you!
