Kindly note that the bus will drop you off in La Spezia or Levanto. Then you will move from one village to the other by train and boat. You will meet again your bus by the end of the day to make your way back to Florence.
Kindly note that the Cinque Terre Semi Independent option does not include train and boat tickets. At the beginning of the day, you will be dropped off at La Spezia or Levanto, and you will have free time for the whole day in the Cinque Terre National Park. You will meet again your bus at La Spezia Centrale or Levanto in the afternoon. This option only includes a roundtrip transportation by GT coach to the Cinque Terre and back as well as live commentary during the bus trip.
Please note that the boat ride will be available from April 1st until October 31st
In the case of bad weather or rough sea, the boat will not operate. In this case, the boat will be replaced by a train route
Please note that the given order of the visits may change in case of exceptional events as train strikes or road closures and disruptions

What To Expect
Florence
Make the most of your time in Cinque Terre... Meet your tour guide at Piazzale Montelungo Bus Terminal early in the morning. Piazzale Montelungo is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station. Find your seat on the comfortable coach bus, sit and relax, and prepare to depart for your journey to the nearby coastline! The drive to Cinque Terre will take about two hours. Throughout the drive, your guide will entertain you with plenty of interesting information about the famous views and villages on the way, as well as Cinque Terre and what to expect upon arrival. If you have any questions, your guide will be there to assist you.
Stazione La Spezia Centrale
After about two hours, you will arrive in La Spezia, the closest city to Cinque Terre. Here, your bus driver will drop off the group at the train station. Your guide will lead the group through the small train station, and your group will get on the first train to Manarola. The train takes about ten minutes, and then you will arrive in the stunning coastal town!

5.00I enjoyed the trip very much. Our guide Leon was very attentive to the group and made sure we were on time for the different moments we had to catch a train, which was very relaxing and helped me to enjoy the time I had in each stop. I had the opportunity to chat with several elements of the group and even found a fellow countrywoman, which was nice. But I could also take my own step at my own rhythm and enjoy the views, lunch, snacks and shopping for souvenirs.

4.00It was a lovely tour of four of the five cities. It was really good to be able to wander the cities by ourselves. But the tour had said there was a boat plant… Appointment, which we would be on the water to transfer to a city. But that did not happen. I must admit, I was disappointed by that.

5.00This was an interesting tour! Our guide was excellent and the tour of the five towns was interesting. Took some great photos, not sure I’d go back to this area, but that had nothing to do with the tour. Definitely worth going to see! 100% recommend!

5.00Bus tour on September 14th. Wonderful tour guide and driver through CIAOFLORENCE! Loved each little village town on the sea. Lunch with the guide at a wonderful place called Il "Brigantino Ristorante by the sea!! Great place seafood salad, pesto pasta served with wine and bread! Tour guide was very patient, courteous and polite.

5.00Had the most incredible day exploring the beauty of Cinque Terre. Our tour guide Roberto was excellent and very knowledgeable, highly recommend Roberto and would love to go on another tour with him one day Our day wouldn’t have been possible without our driver, Altin. The drive was smooth and enjoyable.
