We had such a fun and informative experience at the paella making class. The trip to the market was interesting, and then when we got to the kitchen and the sangria started flowing we learned more about the art of paella making. Everyone was involved and the time went so quickly. Would 100% recommend.

The team at My First Paella is incredibly welcoming and seems to have thought out every way to make the experience with them perfect. From the trip to the market at the start, the open sangria bar throughout the class, and the interactive cooking class with their experienced and charismatic staff, it was everything my family and I could’ve asked for and more. Couldn’t recommend enough. If you’re in Valencia, definitely put this place on your itinerary!

Jose is an experienced and entertaining host who got everyone involved in the process of preparing and cooking the seafood paella. The bonus of a sangria lesson was very welcome too!
