Cute, sexy and perfectly pint-sized, vintage Fiat 500s are synonymous with the famously stylish Italian culture. While the modern models are often seen on the streets of Italian cities like Florence, vintage models are rare sights nowadays. Lucky for you, you’ll drive one of these charming classics on your 5-hour Fiat 500 tour. Meet your friendly guide on the outskirts of Florence, and listen to a comprehensive safety briefing and introduction to the car. Fiats operate with manual gears, so if you’re driving, you must be confident using them. After a quick practice session, head out of Florence into the Tuscan countryside, following your tour leader in a convoy of Fiat 500s. Cruising along quiet, secluded roads, pass the beautiful olive groves and vineyards that typify this gorgeous region. After driving for roughly two hours, with photo stops along the way, arrive at a 15th-century villa, nestled deep in the Tuscan hills. Here you’ll have 2.5 hours to relax at leisure,a gourmet Tuscan lunch will be taken, complete with wines from the villa for you to taste. Meals vary but expect something typically Tuscan, like fresh bruschetta, mild cheeses, cured meats, pasta dishes and rich olive oil. After enjoying the delicious picnic and exploring the villa, drive back to Florence in your colorful convoy. You will finish the afternoon with this short drive on a private road to return to the clubhouse.

We very much enjoyed this experience. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Italy! Our guides were very friendly and helpful. The cars are, to say the least, vintage and unique, which is part of the reason it was so much fun! You can look at beautiful all the art and architecture, but this is something that you actually get to experience! Highly recommend this adventure to anyone who can drive a manual transmission car!

This tour was the highlight of our trip! Very fun, older vintage cars. Got to see such beautiful countryside of Tuscany. We finished with a delicious lunch in a functioning Tuscan winery- guides were wonderful! Would definitely recommend!!

8 years ago we toured with the 500 Touring Club through the beautiful hills around Florence in a little red Fiat named Paula! Yesterday we joined up with them again and took a different route in an Italian flag-striped beauty named Bianca! It was a great afternoon! Bella, our guide, was warm, knowledgeable, and very attentive to all our needs. She’s a gem! This day-trip will always be on our itinerary! Ciao!

This was very fun and easy going. The cars are so cute and actually very easy to drive if you know how to drive a manual transmission. I am 6’2” and and 270# and had no problem fitting in the car. Our guides, Bella and Edwardo, were super chill and knew a lot about the cars, Tuscany, and the wine making process as well. The drive was incredibly scenic. It was a very laid back event. We were not rushed in any way. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who can drive a manual transmission.

Bella and Eduardo were fantastic tour leaders and guides. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, making our tour a very memorable moment. The Fiat was well maintained and fun, the scenic routes chosen were spectacular, and the Tuscany family lunch was authentic and delicious. Highly recommended!

Both Bella and Franceshi were both kind and patient. Had a blast driving the ancient Fiat! Almost felt like Roger Moore in ‘You only live once’ or is it ‘twice’? 😁

This was one of the best things we did during our belated honeymoon time in Italy (got married during Covid). These little cars were amazingly fun to drive, and weren't even the highlight. The views, the guides, the stories, location....All perfect. Driving the Fiat was just the icing on the cake and really challenged me for a few minutes to return to my roots of driving a double clutch stick. I was in heaven the entire tour, and then to really make this an experience of a lifetime, we stopped for lunch, with a private outdoor table and personal guide. The wines, the food, the weather, everything just perfect and a lifetime memory.

Do this tour only if you can drive a stick! Bella - I got you covered! My husband and I had so much fun on this tour. We both drive sticks but I ended up enjoying the country side on this little excursion. Bella, the owner of the FIATS took us on a lovely tour of the country side. She leads tour in her car of the two FIATS. Only two other amazing humans were on this tour. A big shout out to the two musicians who we met along the way. You get to know other people on this excursion which makes this extra special. We stopped at wineries and a local farm where we had an amazing lunch. Hopefully the pictures display the fantastic time. Do this if you can drive a stick!

This was wonderful. It was one of the highlights of our trip and we still speak of it fondly. There was a train strike the morning of our visit, and it was drizzling a bit, which made getting there a bit trickier than usual, but also meant that everyone else cancelled, so we were the only ones that session, which worked out to be really neat. Our tour guide was David, who was an absolute legend. He was so knowledgeable about the winemaking process, both for the local Sangiovese grapes, as well as other types. He also taught us about olive oil and how that's made, the different types, etc. He spoke very knowledgeably about the regions that dictate what is grown where. All of the cars are named after someone in the company's family, and we chose Amy, the Italian flag colored one. It was a four speed paired to a 500cc engine. It had two switches inside, one for headlights and one for wipers. Very simple and very fun. It was very underpowered by modern standards, but really small and nimble. The cars are so small and the other drivers on the road are so accommodating that it's not intimidating at all. The lunch was really more of a four course meal with wine pairings. It was at a local agroturismo (across the street from the 500 Club). It was a neat place that has been in the family since the 1500s (with the family tree to prove it). We were able to sit and enjoy lovely food and wine with David and some of the family. We talked about life and travel and food, etc. David was truly a joy to speak with and really turned the experience from something that was going to be fun to something that was unforgettable. What a special person and a special time. I could not more thoroughly recommend this experience.
