Meeting point: the EXIT of "Checked baggage Claim Area" Once you collect your checked luggage and walk out from the EXIT, you'll recognize your driver right away — no need to wander through the terminal with your luggage, unsure where to go. step 5: From deplaning to clearing customs and retrieving your baggage, our team will be online to guide and assist you in your language. 5.00This was an amazing pick up service. Our flight was extremely delayed and they were very flexible with the last-minute changes and picking us up at midnight at the airport. The driver was courteous and got us quickly and safely to our hotel. He even stayed while we checked in to make sure everything went OK. I would highly recommend and would use this service again with no question. Thank you so much for a great and stress-free experience!

5.00Our pick up at PVG was on time, friendly, and professional. Our driver was courteous and helpful with luggage, and she was very good driver. The car was clean and comfortable. We were effortlessly and seamlessly delivered to our hotel on time and without incident. This is exactly what we expected and received. I highly recommend this company. Before our arrival, the company communicated with me no less than 2 times to ensure our pick-up would be problem free. This relieved a lot of our stress and truly demonstrated to us that this company was professional and competent.

We booked an airport pickup via Viator with Orange Services and were very impressed by their efficiency and clear communication throughout the process. Even though our driver did not speak English, he was already waiting at the arrival gate with a sign bearing my name, which made it easy to find him right away. The ride was smooth, and he drove us directly to our hotel without any issues.
