What To Expect

This service typically takes 30-45 minutes. Your pickup time is on the hour, and the shuttle will generally get you to your hotel or destination within that timeframe. Please note that the duration of the ride may be subject to adjustment based on the traffic conditions of the day. Pre-booking instructions: Please select a timeslot that is 30-45 minutes after your scheduled arrival time in Honolulu, Hawai'i. This will ensure you have ample time to deplane, collect your luggage, and walk to your designated pick-up location. Kindly note that we reserve the right to rebook or adjust your pick-up time if it is scheduled too close to your flight's arrival time. After you provide your information, you will receive a booking confirmation, which will contain your assigned pre-arranged pickup point, which is based on the flight information provided. Guests usually print out their confirmation emails as well. Arrival instructions: Once you have arrived, please make sure your phone is on since our dispatchers/drivers will make contact with you.
