Information during the tour was interesting and the guide was enjoyable. Skipping the line to go inside is worth the cost alone. It was wrapped around the building! The view inside and outside from balconies were amazing. Be prepared, the steps are no joke. First “flight” is 150 steps in a confined tunnel.

The meeting point instructions were easy to follow. Our guide Chiara was wonderful. The pace was perfect. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She set the expectations about our tour up front with no judgement if you needed to bow out at certain points in the tour as this is a strenuous tour for sure, but well worth the effort if you are physically able to climb all 400+ steps to the top. Well worth the money as we got easy access to the cathedral, got to go on a special outside balcony where others are not allowed, and your ticket will grant you access to climb the bell tower or go back into the cathedral over the next 72 hours.

Really good! View was amazing, guide was knowledgeable and passionate. A little too much standing around, my feet got very very sore. A few people in our group couldn’t complete the climb. Overall a very memorable experience!

Amazing tour that allows you to skip the loooooong lines going into the Cathedral and up the Duomo. I think without this tour, it would've taken an hour just to get in since it's the peak season. Tour guide, Gianna, was also very knowledgable, prepared and accommodating to all members of the tour, including the children. Definitely a must for anyone visiting Florence for the first time
