Very disorganized, rushed and challenging to find. No explanation just threw a ticket at us and rushed us to a line. Really that is exactly what happened.

No fuss, just quick entry into the museum. Skip the tour if you can read the plaques and just want to see the David statue.

Easy access into museum. Definitely worthwhile to not get stuck in never ending lines of people waiting for general admission.

Meeting location very close to museum, but I didn't see the ticket providers carrying any flag or name tag to designate who they were. Nice sized museum to view within a few of hours

We couldn't find our etickets, were pointed to a guy on the street who immediately confirmed we were in his group. Then he invited us to join a tour - FoR FREE! and we had the best time!! We went in promptly with Marina, who was so well versed on her history of the art. If we come back to italy, we will definitely use Viator again to book experiences! Learning about the three types of art_ Medieval, Renaissance, and Mannerism was spectacular!

Excellent! Reliable way to book a tour and skip the queue! Need to wait until the stated time slot to collect the tix and then ushered to the right queue. When you’re short on time, this is a really good option.

The person who met us to give us our tickets was very rushed. He sent us to the line with our ticket without giving us headphones or instructions.

Although we elected not to hire a guide, we were thrilled by the works of art we saw at the Accademia. One day is a ridiculously inadequate amount of time to visit such a place, but glad we did it. Skip the line tickets are a must!
