5.00I booked this trip but pushed myself as I am not very good with heights. The staff were amazing took their time and waited for me to be ready. Everyone was so polite, respectful and helpful. With the staffs help and time I managed to complete all.of the activities. The cod towel drink and fruit after the activity and a bit of time to relax was very welcome. I had a package here which covered 3 activities. I can not thabk the staff enough for their time help and courteous manners. Well worth a visit and lovely to do this activities in a warm environment.
