Misleading and Disappointing

2.00It's an elavator ride to the 52nd floor where you get to walk around the inside of the building and look out the windows for about half of the space. The glass walk is on one side and allows a view straight down. The main issue is the misleading advertising to get you in the door. The descriptions used are the same for all options regardless of what you buy. We went solely for the slide only to find ours tickets didn't include this feature even though the description stated it twice. Support kept saying I didn't ADD the slide even the app offers no such options.

3.00View was decent - but that is literally ALL this is if you don’t do the edge walk or glass slide. No information about what you’re looking at, what to look for or any hosts pointing things out for you. There was over a 90 minute wait for the slide when we went, which really didn’t look like much anyway.

5.00Last minute idea to come up here and very pleased we did. Was here for the sunset and then caught the first night fountain display whilst the Dubai skyline changed from day mode (stunning) to night (even more stunning). Unfortunately, there was a very long wait for the glass slide so we gave that a miss. Collecting the ticket was the only faff as I don't use WhatsApp but the Skyview staff sorted it
