1.00I arrived with my family only to discover that the ticket from TripAdvisor would not let me access the facility Very disappointing experience So I went and purchased another 3 tickets to see the Sky View I will not and do not recommend any future bookings with TripAdvisor and there partners Al Jannah Regards Wayne Hunt 30/01/2025

1.00I booked for months with tripadvisor, contacted the supplier at the Jannah tour and guaranteed me through whatsapp that he would send me the tickets a day earlier. He hasn't answered. I went to sky views and tried to write on whatsap and call him by phone but they ignored me. I hope after I complain to TripAdvisor I will be compensated.
Wouldn't rush back.

3.00To be honest, I felt a little cheated with this one. In the Instagram pics, you see an unobstructed view, standing on a glass floor with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. This is actually the bottom of the glass slide and an area where you cannot take photos. All other areas have a lot the building obstructing any photos you take. The glass slide was a bit meh. If you do pay extra for this, have someone go inside the cafe to grab some cool photos while you come down the slide—we only discovered this after we had been on the slide. It would have been nice for the staff to let us know, but they just want to sell their photos. Sky Views Observation Deck was okay, but I wouldn't rush back.

Scammers + Viator doesn't help

1.00These guys are scammers, do not book with them. They do not give you admission to the sky observatory slide and when you get there you do not gain access. They do not allow you to experience the whole day and they will not offer a refund after, they will message on whatsapp but they will not approve the request and Viator won't help.
