Guide was great, however I expected to be offered more street food and typical Hong Kong styled food. I thought he would order and let us sample a selection of different things thereby trying new foods instead of things I can get at home in Australia.

Wonderful food tour of Kowloon! The wide variety of dishes we sampled were all of excellent quality with much deliciousness. Kiyo is extremely knowledgeable about the food history of Hong Kong and how different dishes came to be. He shared broader cultural and historical context. He was such a personable and fun person to be around! The fried French toast stuffed with peanut butter was insane, the best!

We absolutely loved the tour, it gave us a really good view into local life and food. Mel was amazing guide, and did a great job to accommodate to all of the groups preferences. We tasted some really great food and also got advice what to do in the days after the tour. Well worth it and recommended

An excellent way to see (and taste!) Hong Kong! Mel was a great guide, sharing all kinds of interesting tidbits of information along the way. He was very responsive to the group’s dietary needs. It was an incredible 5 hours. Highly recommended this trip!
