The three Forth Bridges are an impressive sight as they across the Firth of Forth, as well as providing transport links between Edinburgh and Fife. The Forth Bridge is one of Scotland’s major landmarks, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This magnificent railway bridge was built between 1883 and 1890 by Sir John Fowler, Benjamin Baker and over 4,500 men. Considered to be an impressive feat in engineering, it was designed on the cantilever principle, and its three towers are over 100 metres high. It stretches 2.5 kilometres between the villages of South Queensferry and North Queensferry, and was opened on 4th March 1890 by Edward, Prince of Wales. A great location to get a pictures of a Scottish Landmark with you in it. From here we make our way back to your finish point in Edinburgh.
The Old Course
The Old Course at St. Andrews is the most famous golf course in world golf and the Mecca to which every golfer aspires to make pilgrimage at least once in a golfing lifetime. The Swilcan Bridge and Hell Bunker are recognised across the globe, yet the greatest feature of the Old Course is that despite its grand status it remains a public golf course, open to all.

I personally love everything about St. Andrew’s. We also saw the Kelps and Glamis castle. Our guide was interesting and accommodating.

First off let me say our guide/driver was fantastic! However, we booked a tour of St. Andrews- the cathedral was closed to a graduation, the castle was closed for renovations, and the golf course was gated off for the Scotsman golf tournament…. I believe the tout company should know when such things are happening and we were highly disappointed! Also originally we were scheduled with a different guide/driver who had said he had made lunch reservations at the jigger in— also we highly anticipated- this driver ended up being sick but had also yet to make lunch reservations. Our guide that day was extremely apologetic for the reservation when he was unable to secure the jigger in that day and did get us to another restaurant, but just not one that we anticipated— but of course the jigger in was fully booked with St. Andrews university having graduation that day! St Andrews is beautiful, the day was great…. But not at all what we paid for

William, our driver, was fantastic! Being a golfer himself, he gave some very interesting info about courses in Scotland and in particular St Andrews links. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour!
