5.00This Dubai experience was, without a doubt, the best of my life and something I will remember forever. Even though there was a language barrier, the staff were incredibly patient and professional in guiding us through the hot air balloon ride. Safety was clearly a top priority for them. I was also deeply touched when they wished people from other countries a happy birthday from above.
