Spoilt by a noisy tour guide

1.00If you've booked the food and drink package, make sure you ask about this before you get on. Luckily we did, but if we hadn't we'd have missed out. They don't serve the food and drink on the boat. You have to collect it from a bar 50 metres away. What really spoilt it for us though, was a very noisy tour guide who gave a running commentary (in Italian) to around 12 of his group. They all had ear pieces, but didn't need them as the whole boat could hear him throughout the whole journey. I did ask the crew to do something but that was a waste of time. I also asked him to turn the volume down, but this had little effect. We had hoped for a quiet romantic cruise along the canal. This was totally ruined by this man. Very disappointing!

1.00Is a horrible tour. Cheap in every way. The staff don’t even talk, the boat is cheap, uncomfortable seats and nothing I mean absolutely nothing to see. Wait of money and time. Milan is a Beautiful city with a lot to see and this tour is not one of them

1.00A waste of money, possibly the worst “river cruise” I’ve been on, nothing to see, the guides did not speak, did not point anything out, not expensive but was for what we did, even felt the boat scraping the river bed at one point.

1.00Unfortunately I booked this trip twice by mistake. When I arrived at what we thought was the meeting it, we were informed it was the wrong place, as we committed the number 4 from the address. If booking this trip makes sure you add 4 to Google maps. in the end we lost £154.00 as the company refused to refund us, it was such a upsetting experience.
