Wonderful experience to make three types of ramen! (The total amount of noodles is 100g) There are many kinds of Japanese ramen. Just by changing seasonings and ingredients, you can enjoy a variety of rich flavors. In this class, you make noodles from scratch. Also, you learn how to make three types of soup and delicious topping ingredients. At the beginning of this class, you wear an apron, then the class starts with handmade noodle making. Let's make nutritious ramen with meat and vegetables for topping! 1. Salt Ramen Topping: juicy sweet pork, bean sprouts, seaweed 2. Soy sauce Ramen Topping: steamed cabbage, green vegetables, sweet corn 3. Miso Ramen Topping: Spicy chicken, boiled eggs, green onion Served with dessert At the end, place the dishes, along with chopsticks and let's say “Itadakimasu”! Please enjoy the variety ramen you made!

We requested a vegetarian ramen cooking class, and the instructor was very mindful about all ingredients and made sure that also the broth does not contain any animal products. They spoke good english and we could learn a lot about ramen.

Wow what a fantastic experience! It was only the two of us, so it was like private cooking class. This is my third cooking class, which were all good but this one was best I’ve taken. Keigo was outside wearing a red Apron. Such a relief because I don’t think we would have found it otherwise. Once inside we were greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. We felt a little embarrassed because it had been a very hot day, and were a little sweaty but they pretended not to mind😊 This is a fun and hands on cooking class. You prepare the noodles, cook the protein and three sauces. The ramen came out tasting great. We were starving and still couldn’t eat everything. My advice is to book this class, you won’t regret it!!

The class was excellent. We were able to make 3 very differnt types of ramen from scratch, including the noodles. The instructions were so simple. These classes are suitable for all ages, my youngest at 10 had no problems following the instructions and was engaged the whole course. Could not recommend enough.

The ramen making class is an amazing hands on experience every Osaka visitor should try! Awesome Chef Fumi is a very fun and easy to learn from instructor. She taught us how to create our own ramen party!
