Perfect downtown, port transfer!

5.00Clear and fast communication before and during transfer. Fish helped us on WhatsApp with questions and instructions: kind, professional, welcoming. It was such good service from the airport to downtown Tokyo, we booked their service again from downtown to Yokohama port before our cruise. Highly recommended, would do business with them again!

1.00I booked transportation for 5 adults with 5 suitcases (all of which was confirmed with the supplier) from our hotel in Tokyo to Yokohama cruise terminal. The fee was paid in full 2 days earlier. Upon arrival the driver only wanted to take 4 of us claiming our luggage was excessive. It was not. We had 1 standard sized suitcase each all of which were below 23kgs as per our airline's policy. The driver argued with us saying we should book a taxi as well. The office also took the driver's side. Neither the driver or office were willing to come up with a solution. The van provided sat 6 passenger adults so we solved the issue by standing 1 suitcase on the floor in front of a vacant seat. The so called problem was resolved by us not the driver or office. Your contractor in this case was most unprofessional. In fact it was disgraceful service. Perhaps Viator should contact their contractor. To accept the booking with all details provided and then on the day expect us to book a separate taxi was disgraceful. The driver also spoke no English. It was a shambles that we had to find a solution for.
