1.00Had a pathetic experience with you’ll. The car pickup company had forgotten about the pickup. On reminding they finally reached at 10.20am. The when we reached the Lindt museum the driver didn’t have the tickets so the next available time was 1pm. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the tour. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve paid 20,000 Indian Rupees. Please immediately refund this amount less the Lindt entry ticket. Thanks in advance

2.00Only Lindt museum ticket given, with a car drop facility, but charged 3 to 4 times the ticket price. No special guide etc as suggested- it’s the standard Lindt tour available on Lindt website

1.00Even though the description says pickup and end point are the same, there is actually no return and no drop off. They sent so many useless emails we never found the qr code to be able to actually attend the tour. Only bright spot was the cheesecake and coffee, and Said our driver.

3.00We enjoyed the chocolate factory My BIG complaint was the transportation. No problem getting there. Ticket information said end point same as departure point. I took that to mean hotel to hotel. Then found out it was only one way. When I contacted the number listed they were very slow responding and then never responded to second message. We had to find out own way back. The wording on the pickup and return needs to be clearer!!
