4.00Note this is just a pick up service, you have to find and pay for your own way back into the city via bus or boat! So quite an expensive option to get there, but can be the only way to get a ticket when all other options are sold out. However the car was very posh and the tour is excellent well worth the visit.

1.00The tour operator never showed up at the appointed meeting time/place. They did not respond to messages until after an hour past the the time and that was with a CYA email saying that they tried calling (my phone never rang). I called Viator and told them what happened - they were apologetic and said they also were not getting any response from the company. I would not recommend this tour.

1.00The ticket that actually cost 15–17 CHF was sold to us for 230 USD. They only drove us from the hotel to the museum entrance. It’s a complete scam, and if I had known, I would never have done it.

1.00This experience is a scam. They buy tickets beforehand so when the museum website is sold out they can upcharge by 5x. They also say they include pickup but the "activity ends at the pickup point" which implies drop off as well but then they say drop off will be an additional 30€. You pay 85€ a person for something that would cost 47€ with 2 Ubers. The museum is myself is nice though.

1.00Was not informed until after 9:00pm the day before the tour, my hotel was not within pickup service. If we wanted to pay an additional 50 francs the driver would come to us. Instead we met him. No sign as I was told when picked up, the driver smelled, texted and drove his vehicle and the latch for my seatbelt was broken. The description does not state tour is audio. Complete waste of money. Get tickets directly thru the museum.

1.00Total scam of our money, we booked the tour to the Lindt factory with a ride. The ride was supposed to pick us up at 1pm at our accommodation and provide us with the tickets. We actually took a very expensive taxi from the airport of Zurich to the accommodation to be there on time for our 1pm tour. We waited outside the accommodation at 12:40pm so we were clearly visible and early. Barely anyone walked by at one point and older man with a hat walked by looking at his phone as if he was waiting for someone, we approached him and asked if he was the driver for our tour. He totally ignored us and left. We waited till 1:45pm outside the only entrance of the accommodation. Being canadian i can't receive international calls but sent them a message on viator. After over 30 mins they replied stating our driver was present and waited 30 mins and left......we asked a full refund and they never provided the refund. A total scam......they stole around 264$ that my friend and I invested. They also ignored my messages for full refund. We only took that tour to see the Lindt factory that waa sold out that day, the tour was more expensive than a normal ticket and we never saw it.....they took advantage of tourists who just wanted to see the Lindt factory.

1.00DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SELLER! This is a scam. There was no ride to pick us up, and they did not provide the correct tickets when we had to arrange our own transportation. The seller ignored our messages, refused to send proper tickets, and only offered to rebook us for the next day. Completely untrustworthy—avoid at all costs.

1.00This is nothing more than a glorified taxi ride! We wee picked up and the way the tour was described, “Fully guided tour” by professional guide. I thought we were going to have the guide tour us through and then bring us back to hotel. It was just a ride to the museum. The way it’s written is very deceiving. Do not pay $$$ for a ride one way!!
