Take a seat in a comfortable eco-friendly golf cart and drive in search of traces of Jewish culture in Krakow's Kazimierz and Podgórze districts. Kazimierz is one of the oldest districts of the royal city, once an independent settlement, located behind the no longer existing branch of the Vistula. First of all, it is a place known for the coexistence and interpenetration of two cultures over the centuries - Christian and Jewish. During the war, there was a Jewish ghetto in Podgórze, the traces of which can be found to this day.

Leave the stroller for a guided visit to one of the city's most popular museums. Although it is associated with the name of the German entrepreneur Oskar Shindler, who saved many Jews by employing them in his factory, the main topic of visiting the museum is the fate of Krakow and its inhabitants during the Nazi occupation. See this amazing interactive exhibition that truly leaves no one indifferent.

The driver of the golf buggy was brilliant. He had so much knowledge as he was born 3 months after the war ended. We couldn't of asked for a better guide

Both Auschwitz and Birkenau are impressive. Both are very commercial too. Toilet at both locations is 2 zlotys at a time and very busy. At Auschwitz, only small bags are allowed in and there is a checkpoint. Tough terrain for wheelchair users and in the tour are also stairs (I have not seen if elevators were present in those buildings). The content of the tour in Auschwitz is to become silent, which is intense. It is also so crowded, that there are times when a very long wait can be made before a building can be entered. We were lucky it wasn't so busy, said the guide. We were already very busy. 9000 people a day we were told. Birkenau is still a short walk from the car park and arriving and seeing the familiar track and towers is already intense. It is much more walking than in Auschwitz, a very large site, heavy and bumpy for people in wheelchairs. We had walked about 10000 steps at both locations that day. We had the same guide at both locations, really a very good one, with empathy and he pointed out to us in Auschwitz things to look out for, because they came back in Birkenau. Something everyone should have seen, this is also what people do to each other and that should not be forgotten. Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it...

Cracow Local Tours, Rynek Glowny 30. Krakow, Poland We met our guide and driver Francesco, who was at exactly the right place and he was bang on time! The minibus was quite new and immaculately clean He spoke extremely good English and kept us all informed about the journey, the timings and showed his concern for our comfort in the minibus, whilst also mentioning various points of interest on the way After a pleasant journey we had a little break (free water) before starting the tour of Auschwitz Excellent guiding (although very busy), with good communications in the headset and time for questions, some great anecdotes, with immense knowledge and you felt a genuine sense of TRUE FEELING in the dialogue from Francesco Once finished in Auschwitz, we went the short distance to Birkenau camp This was ALL just as good and as well organised as Auschwitz - perhaps even more interesting A full day which we found very interesting, emotional, thought provoking and excellent value for money I would definitely recommend this company for around Krakow and around the area

We took advantage of the Guided Tour Service in Auschwitz and Birkenau and it was impeccable, the guide Francis competent and kind. We were so pleased that we booked various trips to the city, great value for money. Special praise for Martin our very good driver. I highly recommend.

We had this experience with our guide Marek. He was very nice driving us and making a perfect explanation of all details in both camps. Amazing guide! In the end he advised us a nice place to dinner with traditional polish food! Thank you Marek! It was very nice to meet you! Tânia & Fernanda

After an organised tour with fiend, and seeing what had happened, how can certain individuals deny this ever happened. Lots of walking for this tour (and still you do not see it all). A lot of the buidldings are still standing/being maintained, which another part shows what was burnt down to hide what went on there. Remains of gas chambers, etc. Thes size of the camp was extrodiary. i would certainly recommend a visit. As our guide said, tell all to come here, lets not forget the past.... but it is a big tourist attraction now, especially knowing what went on there!!!

A very interesting, yet scary visit to the concentration camp. Unbelievable what happened there. Our driver (Marek) where a bit late due to traffic, but it turned up that he was also our guide, so we didn’t miss anything ;) The guiding was excellent! He really let us into the unimaginably horrifying things that happened. Clean car and good driving. We were back in Krakow exactly on schedule.

The Enterprise was great, good service, bus that transported us to the place was new and clean. I just found the time of the "walk" a little short to know everything. It's been less than 3 hours... He didn't have time to walk around the whole place or see the souvenir shops and bookstores. But taking that out was an unmatched experience.

I booked our tour to Auschwitz through my usual app (get your guide) for excursions and organized tours and fate has it that this agency accompanied us in this experience! We could not find better! The day before the tour they send an email reminder with info about the tour and are punctual at the meeting point (you can choose the meeting point closest to your hotel because they give you a choice between different areas of the city). Francis, a nice Roman, guided us along the sad path and managed to convey the right amount of sadness, awareness, anger and even love for others! Without him I'm convinced it wouldn't have been the same! Congratulations!
