What To Expect
Reservation through Viator or contact us directly, provide us with your arrival time and flight date, and we will coordinate our transportation while we are waiting for you. On the day of arrival in Costa Rica, a representative from our agency will be waiting for you at the main customer arrivals exit. They will have a sign with "Arenas Travel" and your name on it. We will then take Route 27, as it is the fastest route to the hotel from the airport. If traffic is favorable, the transfer will take 1 hour and 30 minutes at most. If traffic is not in our favor, the journey could take up to 2 hours.

5.00Arenas was an amazing group helped with so many excursions made our trip in Costa Rica awesome.. we communicated from Florida and when we got to Costa Rica everything was set up … from shuttle to and from airport to zipline to ATV to the state park .. thank you some awesome tour Guide Charlie Brown and Felix the Cat lol and Valarie for replying to all my messages
