It was a tour that revealed a lot of history and you get to see Tuscany in a day. And, I was excited to see the Lean tower of Pisa but the time there was very rushed. My only draw back from my experience is that the air conditioner was not cold enough. It was a double decker bus and unfortunately the top 1/2 of the bus was freezing and the bottom 1/2 of the bus was sweltering - I know it may not seem like much but when you walk far to get to the bus in 98 degree heat that minute thing matters!

Very fun experience and it was great seeing the different cities! There was adequate time to walk through each tiny city, and visit shops

Our tour guide, Alexandra, was very attentive and pleasant. Despite the schedule being tightly packed, she managed to keep everything in order. Thank you for all your hard work.

Do not book this if you are on a cruise. Within minutes of realizing that the tour was 90 minutes from the port, I tired to explain the situation to the tour guide as well as Viator. Neither had any compassion. Our trip never happened and there was no willingness to offer the excursion a day later when we could have made it. As a result, they kept our purchase, refused to reschedule for another day, and absolutely refused to work with us at all. Very disappointed. No way to treat a loyal customer. Not anymore. Zero stars.

We thought going to pisa was great though it felt rushed, going to san gimignano was nice though the lunch was nothing spectacular, we would not eat there again…. And then sienna tour was nice and going through the cathedral but i was disappointed that there were no pews to pray at, it felt too touristy and didn’t feel like sacred space. Also it would have been nice if the tour guide had provided us with waters.
