Many insights that couldn't get without a guide. Was able to book a skip the lines tour an hour before the tour started when the museum's website said no skip the line admissions were available. Had a limited English customer that keep asking the guide questions in Spanish that the guide spent a significant amount of time speaking back in Spanish which was distracting and somewhat rude to have these conversations that the rest of us customers couldn't understand. The guide could have explained to the rest of us what he asked.

Manuela was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about the Italian Renaissance. I am reading a biographical novel about Michelangelo and it’s wild how much she’s able to help me expand on my surface-level knowledge of the era. She’s also incredibly kind: she consistently checks in on her customers throughout the tour, and she even helped a random woman by guiding her to the elevator. Top shelf human.
