For the Van Gogh museum perfect for cruising was planned a snack box that we did not have and that was in the description: rather disappointing.

Beware unhelpful inflexible company with zero customer service - I made a date mistake when booking and ask not to cancel but to swap day or time - company were totally inflexible conveniently blaming their tour operator - don’t believe the sales pitch about being able to cancel at no cost - I lost money and had to rebook independently which btw was much cheaper

For the boat ride, a drink and a snack were planned, nothing like this was proposed. In itself, it's not a big deal but if I paid for it, it's a shame!

So glad that we had booked ahead of time…the museum was closed to reservations for that day. The museum had wonderful information on Van Gogh and insights from other artists on his life and works. We also enjoyed walking a short distance to grab our boat tour. LOVED the bag of snacks and drink for our ride. Again, great information about the tour (via recordings w/headsets) views and a comfortable ride.
